What do you do at Physi Class?
Each week girls learn and work to perfect the set routines for the year. Routines are taught gradually over terms 1 and 2 and then refined and perfected as the year progresses.
How old does my daughter need to be to start Physi?
Girls can commence physi from the age of three or four providing they can be separated from their parents for the length of time required to participate in the class.
What do I wear to class?
